By accessing or using the Cooley’s Circle website (“Site”) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you should not use this Site.

Cooley’s Circle is a Community Savings and Referral Network that connects users (“Members”) with third-party businesses (“Partners”) offering products, services, and exclusive savings.

Membership access may be granted through participation in a free insurance analysis or other qualifying activities.

Cooley’s Circle does not guarantee:

• The availability of specific services or partners
• Pricing, savings, or discounts offered by partners
• The outcome, quality, or satisfaction of any transaction

All services are provided directly by independent third-party partners.

Cooley’s Circle may refer Members to Partners based on identified needs.

By using the Site, you acknowledge:

• Cooley’s Circle is not a service provider
• Cooley’s Circle does not perform or supervise partner services
• Any agreement or transaction is solely between you and the Partner

Members agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Use the network in good faith
• Communicate directly with Partners regarding services

Misuse of the network may result in removal of access.

All Partners are independent businesses. Cooley’s Circle:

• Does not guarantee licensing, performance, or quality
• Is not responsible for partner actions, errors, or omissions
• Does not mediate disputes unless voluntarily agreed

Members should perform their own due diligence before engaging any Partner.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cooley’s Circle shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, or opportunities
• Any claims arising from services provided by Partners

Your use of the Site and services is at your own risk

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cooley’s Circle, its owners, affiliates, and representatives from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

• Your use of the Site
• Your interactions with Partners
• Any violation of these Terms

All content on this Site, including branding, logos, text, and materials, is the property of Cooley’s Circle and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you consent to the collection and use of information as described.

Cooley’s Circle reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Cooley’s Circle may suspend or terminate access to the Site or services at any time for:

• Misuse of the network
• Violation of these Terms
• Conduct that may harm the reputation of the network

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles.
